In this role, you will initiate, establish, and grow client relationships, brief in and guide diverse branding programs, and expand our influence, impact, and reputation with both new and existing clients.


You’ll work with our business teams to maximize opportunities and continually deliver successful programs while partnering with creative leaders to develop and execute best-in-class strategies and creative solutions to meet our client’s business challenges. You’ll lead the charge in defining strategies for client engagements for complex cross-functional and multi-disciplinary programs, executing multiple projects from start to finish. You’ll play a leading role in business development across strategic markets and cultivate an expanding portfolio of partnerships that endure. Experience


•7+ years of account management within an agency or marketing department setting, including interfacing with senior-level contacts, managing creative teams/outside creative resources, and defining program engagements for solving core business objectives.
•Minimum of 5 years individual and team management experience, including experience developing and mentoring teams.
•Minimum of 5 years of creative/brand management, risk management, and program execution experience.

•Deep knowledge and experience in defining and executing a wide variety of integrated
brand efforts, development cycles, processes, and best practices.
•New business development experience and expertise are required.
•Knowledge and expertise in the industries and market segments we serve.

•Forecast, track, and report on client programs and provide key insights to our leadership team to inform business operations and strategic planning.
•Lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary programs and/or campaigns; seasoned ability to plan, strategize and execute with a deep understanding of brand building.


Responsibilities


•In partnership with Creative Lead, maintain business development pipeline for your category team, tracking and prioritizing opportunities based on the studio’s strategic goals and team targets.
•Assess and qualify organic growth opportunities.
•Regularly update tracking tools such as pipeline and reporting database.
•Maintain detailed client tracking to keep studio leadership updated on current and new
client activity.
•Lead RFP and pitch presentations in partnership with Creative and Project Management Leads.
•Proactively reach out to both new and existing contacts in your network with timely news, updates, or milestones.
•Manage, negotiate, and define proposals and scopes of work and client engagement models (in partnership with the Project Management lead).
•Successfully onboard new clients.
•Negotiate and gain scope alignment with clients, educating them when needed to ensure there is a clear understanding of processes and deliverables.
•Create and maintain strong relationships with Project Management and Creative leads
across a portfolio of work.
•Drive the strategic communication planning process of complex integrated client programs and campaigns internally and externally.
•Detect, mitigate, and/or resolve client engagement risks, issues, conflicts, and disruptions.
