It enables a new hybrid way of working, living, and learning—helping you connect and collaborate anywhere, all in a single app. Our role involved broadening the reach of the Microsoft Teams brand identity to engage audiences outside its customary B2B enterprise market. We prioritized aligning brand communications with product UX for cohesive storytelling across channels, specifically targeting Gen Z audiences. A more graphic and illustrative visual style was crafted to resonate effectively with this audience, while maintaining adaptability for education and enterprise audiences. To ensure effectiveness, we developed brand guidelines with categorized strategies, empowering marketers to align their content approach with the customer journey. This method seamlessly integrates the Microsoft brand tone into a scalable and adaptable toolkit.
