As Under Armour continues to expand its retail footprint across global markets, delivering unified brand experiences had been a growing challenge. With new stores added every year, alongside legacy branded and franchise doors, delivering cohesive and scalable retail campaigns and merchandising displays needed a comprehensive new strategy to keep seasonal launches synchronized across multiple store formats. Under Armour reached out to Cinco to help drive an evolution in their approach that would simultaneously level up product storytelling and impact while streamlining logistics and reducing waste. Over multiple seasons, we lead the transition to an agile fixture and display system that maximizes flexible structures, modular components, and digital surfaces that are easily reconfigured to stage dynamic seasonal stories from flagships to regional franchise doors. The power of the new design system is undeniable. It provides a North Star for creative excellence while delivering flexibility for unique store footprints and regional market nuances. Creatively, it provides the structure and tools to consistently deliver premium experiences uniquely tailored to each season. Operationally, it encourages efficiencies, creates less waste, and develops a predictable process with reliable outcomes.
