A better way forward to cleaner, smarter cities.
Gogoro’s electric vehicles and battery swapping stations have reshaped the way Taiwan thinks about eco-conscious transportation, but their innovative offerings were relatively unknown to a global audience. Our collective teams aimed to build a digital design system starting with Gogoro Network, diverse enough to help tell product and technology stories for both B2B and B2C audiences on a global scale. We started with a process driven by deep customer research alongside business ambitions for the Taiwan market that quickly shifted to focus on new and emerging markets. Starting with collaborative workshops we tied Cinco’s expertise across design, strategy, UX and technology to Gogoro’s marketing and development orgs. This unified approach helped us set the foundation for what would be a re-imagined Gogoro Network website with a scalable digital design system to support its ever evolving business, product lines and shifting internal teams.
